These three pillars form the basis of a sustainable development approach
Within the three pillars; we have broken down 5 key areas on which we need to work: they are: Our Customers; Our People; Our Community; Our Marketplace & Profitability and Our Environment.
Within each of these areas there are targeted activities, reporting, and in some cases policies to which we adhere as a business. They are clearly explained throughout this site.
It's also very important that our mission; vision and values form part of the sustainable development approach; which is why we include them at the centre of our wheel of sustainability.
Our management systems certifications to ISO9001 and ISO14001 underpin a structured approach to delighting customers and reducing environmental impacts.
In 2010 Lyreco published a strategy for Corporate Responsibility with targeted actions to take us from our current position, through 'excellence' in 2013 reaching our 'vision' in 2015. The aim of the strategy was to clearly define our approach for all interested parties, with a road map and to ensure that we keep transparency on the areas we believe are important.
