2009 Green Apple Award
The Green Apple Awards are run annually by the Green Organisation, they are an independent, non-political, non-activist, non-profit environment group dedicated to recognising, rewarding and promoting environmental best practice around the world.
The awards have been running for the last sixteen years. This year they received over 500 entrants to the awards.
Lyreco were presented with the Gold level Green Apple award on the 17th Novemeber 2009. The award was made to Lyreco by the Chartered Institute of Waste Management for our Stamp Out Waste Project which began in 2007.

Lyreco has operated ISO14001 certified management systems at Head Office and National Distribution Centres in the UK and Ireland since 1998. The scope of our systems is the sale and distribution of stationery, consumables, office machines and furniture.
